SBM has set up an iron ore processing line with a capacity of 150 tons per hour for a client in Mexico. Currently, based on the operational status, the performance has been relatively stable. The power output of the generator set is 800KW, consuming 30 liters of fuel per hour. From the time of commissioning to the present, the machines have been running very well.
The K3 plant integrates feeding, crushing, and screening onto a single chassis. This mobility allows the entire 150t/h iron ore processing line to be quickly relocated around the mining site, drastically reducing material transportation costs and enabling flexible, on-site processing.
For secondary crushing, the S Spring Cone Crusher is ideal for hard, abrasive iron ore. Its robust spring release system provides excellent overload protection, ensuring uncrushable materials pass through safely without damaging the machine, guaranteeing stable operation and product size.
The S Cone Crusher features an optimized crushing cavity, which promotes inter-particle crushing. This action efficiently reduces the iron ore while producing a more uniform, cubic end product. This results in higher quality final material and improved overall crushing efficiency for the plant.
